Thank you for contacting Genesis Chapman Studios! You can use this form to ask about your existing order, or start the conversation/ design process for a custom order or new commission. Custom orders take approximately 60-90 days depending on availabilty of wood, etc. and require a 50% deposit. Commissions and new puzzle designs are a whole 'nother thing (but if you want a dinosaur you don't see on the website, Genesis will move you to the top of every list!)
